Product Return Policy
All shippable merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order to qualify for a return. Do not return items without first contacting Panteao Productions LLC via phone or email and getting a Return Authorization (RMA). All shrink wrapped merchandise must be returned unopened to obtain a refund. Any defective merchandise may be exchanged for a replacement by the same title.

Subscription Refund Policy
- Monthly subscribers must cancel within the first 3 days of registration to receive a refund.
- Annual subscribers must cancel within the first 10 days of registration to receive a refund.
